HIGH COURT RULES IN FAVOUR OF THE CPS FOR NO TRIAL IN THE UK

The High Court in London has ruled today that the Crown Prosecution Service does not have to try Babar Ahmad and his co-defendent Syed Talha Ahsan in the UK, even though all the offences which are alleged against them took place in the UK.
